Treatment Approach
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: I focus mainly on EFT modality meaning I interpret how our life affects us emotionally, but put my own spin on it. I have my own Niche in how I communicate how our emotions affect us and how we interpret them. So I want to be as authentic in my Practice as Possible while following Ethical and Professional Guidelines.

I focus my practice mainly around the EFT (Emotion Focused Modality)
In Counselling, EFT is an evidenced-based treatment that helps people improve their emotional bonds with themselves and the people around them by fostering secure attachments and healthy emotional expression. The initial development is derived from attachment theory. EFT focuses on understanding and transforming negative emotional cycles and interaction patterns to create more fulfilling relationships by promoting awareness, acceptance and healthy regulation of emotions.
Now this is where I come in and how I can help you following this modality. I believe we are all emotional beings and should be connected to them more, however unfortunately we all go though turmoil in our lives that make being friends with our emotions difficult and or we are yet to unpack this version of ourselves.
