I offer a warm, trauma-informed space where we slow things down and listen to what your mind and body are communicating. My integrative approach weaves together somatic work, parts-based therapy, creative and compassion-focused practices to support nervous system regulation and emotional healing. Treatment Approach

  • Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
  • Dance / Movement Therapy Uses movement and body awareness to express emotions and improve mental health. It can increase confidence, reduce stress, and support healing.
  • Drama Therapy Uses role-play, storytelling, and theater techniques to explore problems and emotions. It helps people practice new ways of relating to others.
  • Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
  • Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
  • Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
  • Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: In our work together, we explore the underlying factors contributing to your stress, anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm while developing practical strategies for regulation and support. I use a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that integrates somatic techniques, parts work, and creative therapies to help you reconnect with your inner strengths. Therapy may include learning tools to manage daily stress, processing and releasing the weight of past experiences, and/or restoring your sense of safety, balance, and resilience.
