Welcome. I’m glad you’re here! Life brings complex challenges, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. My primary goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are to explore whatever is on your mind—big or small.
For 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate life's toughest moments. Having practiced extensively throughout the DFW area as well as in Ireland, my approach to therapy has grown and deepened over time. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I blend an eclectic, flexible approach with my clinical experience and intuition to help you find genuine healing and practical solutions.
I offer inclusive, affirmative care for adults and diverse populations, including adolescents, older adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I frequently support clients navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma in addition to life transitions such as relationship challenges, workplace issues, parenting and grief. I also offer ADHD support and coping strategies. Healing is a collaborative journey, and I would be honored to walk alongside you. Contact me today to learn more about how we can work together!

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can freely explore whatever challenges you are facing. Because every individual is unique, my approach is integrative. I blend person-centered, CBT, Gestalt, and trauma-informed techniques, relying on both clinical experience and intuitive insight to guide you toward meaningful resolution.

Healing happens best when therapy fits your actual life. I offer flexible scheduling options to meet you right where you are:
In-Person Sessions: Meet face-to-face at my comfortable home office in East Dallas.
Telehealth Sessions: Connect securely from the comfort of your own home anywhere in Texas.
Hybrid/Blended Care: Mix in-person and online sessions to match your weekly schedule.
Therapy with me goes beyond just talking about problems. We look at your whole life. Together, we will use traditional therapy tools alongside practical, real-world practices you can use between sessions. Your care may include: Grounding exercises to calm your nervous system when anxiety hits. Nature therapy to help you reconnect and find peace. Mindfulness practices to keep you present and reduce stress. Creativity tools to help you express things that words cannot always capture.
Meet Your Co-Therapists (Optional!)If you choose to meet in person, you might get some extra comfort during our sessions. My gentle "therapy" cats—Peppa, Misty, and Merlin—sometimes hang out in the office. They love providing a calm, grounding presence, but they will only join us if you are completely comfortable with cats!
