My mission is to inspire a deeper appreciation, connection, and intimacy in your relationship. It is rewarding to witness couples improve their attachment by healing old wounds with one another, even after a few sessions. It is gratifying when partners start to treat their spouse like a collaborator instead of their adversary. I establish a safe and empathetic counselling environment and believe in being authentic by using a light-hearted atmosphere throughout my approach. I can guide your journey by navigating peaceful resolutions in your relationship.

- Developmental Therapy Looks at how childhood and developmental experiences affect current challenges. It aims to repair unmet needs and foster healthy growth.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.

We all need love and connection. It can be devastating and lonely when we feel our partner is not there for us. The latest research behind love and romantic relationships tells us that romantic love is an attachment bond similar to the first attachment between mother and child. There are basic moves we can implement to reconnect with our partner without triggering them. Our brains can't separate the emotional pain of disconnecting from a loved one from physical pain. Love can last if couples can learn to reconnect and repair their relationship with Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, Relational Life, Non-Violent Communication, and the Developmental Model (Couples Institute) Therapies.
I assess couples to discover their strengths and areas in need of improvement using the Gottman online questionnaire. I give partners the most effective therapy available for their needs based on the assessment. Gottman has been researching couples for 40 years and has proven tools based on his findings. I inspire partners to deepen their appreciation, connection and intimacy in their relationship. When loved ones have a strong bond together, they become collaborators instead of adversaries.
