Empathy is a very critical skill, hard to master; especially in conjunction with low fees. I care about you and your concerns. I, becomes You and You, becomes I. After years of working on myself (and still am), I offer my guidance. From an early age, I was interested in the body's function as a whole, so that I could offer my help as much as possible, and as effectively as possible, together with empathy. Hence, I studied Biomedical Science, did a Master's in Pharmacy, studied Psychology and Positive Thinking Counselling, and at the same time I offered my help to friends, relatives, schoolmates and colleagues, before I became a professional therapist. With the implementation of easy and straightforward techniques, I tackle issues such as anxiety, fears, performance issues (sports or otherwise), low self-esteem, low self-confidence, bad habits and dilemmas you come across in life.
