Approach Description: Our clinicians have a wide array of modalities they use to approach therapy with clients. These approaches depend on what the client's needs and goals are for therapy. For example, clients who are wanting to gain support and coping mechanisms for dealing with their anxiety may benefit more from cognitive-behavioral approaches, where a couple dealing with emotional intimacy issues may benefit more from emotion-focused therapy. However, our therapists being well-versed in a multitude of therapeutic approaches, often offer a combination of approaches to provide the best overall support for their cleints.
