Young people are often struck down by negative thought cycles that impact their confidence, self esteem and motivation. Cultural issues can also impact ones self-esteem. I offer a non judgmental space, which can establish clear thinking, and identify aims and goals such as regulating one's emotions, controlling anger, challenging negative self perceptions. I am also able to offer insights/psycho education on emotional well-being without which we can all struggle with our mental health.
