y work in sex therapy starts from a simple premise: sexuality is not a problem to be fixed, and diversity in desire, identity, orientation, or relationship structure is not something to correct. Grounded in my postgraduate training in Sexology, I support individuals and couples with concerns around desire, intimacy, communication, body image, and sexual function, as well as those exploring kink, non-monogamy, or gender-diverse relationships — all from a sex-positive, rights-based, and disability-inclusive framework. I integrate psychopedagogical tools into this work, understanding sexuality as something we learn, unlearn, and relearn throughout life — often shaped by shame, misinformation, or trauma rather than by anything inherently wrong with the person. My goal is not to move clients toward a narrow idea of "normal," but to help each person build an honest, informed, and pleasurable relationship with their own sexuality, on their own terms.
