Online Black / African American therapists in Turkey

I work online with individuals and couples — both U.S.-based and international, including expats navigating life between cultures. My approach integrates Imago Relationship Therapy and experiential, body-oriented methods to address depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, and the larger life questions that often underlie them. I have over twenty years of clinical experience and have worked exclusively online since 2017. I also teach Focusing — a gentle, experiential practice for working directly with felt experience — outside of therapy. It deepens self-awareness, supports clearer decision-making, and can be learned by anyone.
