I see a handful of clients for therapy online while I am writing my books. The time I spend with my clients I am fully present. Since I don't have a fulltime client load, I am able to work at maximum capacity for you. I meet with my clients weekly until they are ready for biweekly sessions. This is intentional. All couples or adult individual clients start off weekly to gain somatic skills before decreasing session frequency. With biweekly sessions, this gives those clients the time they need to experience more life using the skills between sessions.
