Bethany Latimer Practice Description
For Private One-to-One Sessions, a typical session with me looks like this. You’ll start off discussing what is going on, and I’ll ask questions to make certain I get it. Then I will apply therapy techniques to calm/shift/resolve the issue. Often this will be some form of guided exercise so that you walk away with more than just a shift in perspective, but relief inside your body and have tools to in between sessions to continue feeling good.
