As a psychologist specializing in building deeper connection to one’s self, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with Internal Family Systems (IFS) to open shame-free spaces and explore who you are and who you want to be. I draw upon the principles of Interpersonal Neurobiology to understand how our sense of self is formed or disrupted by our situation, relationships, internal conflicts, and past experiences.
