Nicholas Breitenbach
Psychologist, R. Psych, CST, MA, BA
I support men who feel stuck—whether it’s stress, anger, shutdown, anxiety, relationship conflict, sexual concerns, or the pressure to always “handle it.” Therapy with me isn’t about blaming masculinity or telling you to just “open up more”—it’s about building real skills: emotional regulation, clearer communication, stronger boundaries, and healthier intimacy. We’ll work in a practical, straightforward way so you can feel more grounded, more connected, and more in control of your life and relationships.

Kevin Jones
Psychologist, MACP
My approach to supporting men focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where they can explore challenges, emotions, and societal pressures that may feel difficult to express. I work with clients to address issues such as stress, relationships, self-esteem, identity, and emotional regulation, helping them develop healthier coping strategies and stronger self-awareness. Using evidence-informed techniques and practical tools, I support men in navigating personal growth, building resilience, and fostering meaningful connections. My goal is to empower men to understand themselves better, make intentional choices, and lead more balanced, fulfilling lives.

There are many kinds of issues that might be considered a men's issue. Men have been acculturated differently than women. And many men have been acculturated in ways that lead to many kinds of problems. Acculturation is the process of what we have learned growing up from our families, teachers, coaches, peers, and even Hollywood about what it means to be a man. It places pressure and limitations on our lives in so many ways. Many issues then arise from this such as problems in our relationship with ourselves, negative thinking patterns, difficulties dealing with failure, inability to seek help or support, difficulty talking about feelings, not knowing how to process our feelings, difficulties knowing how to measure success in our lives, being unable to connect with other men in meaningful ways (and even our partners), and so much more. When men have experienced trauma (whether at work or in childhood, emotional, physical, or sexual) there can be intense pressure to try and contain it, control it, and push it out of their minds. These are all men's issues that can be helpful to address with another male to help break down the walls of isolation that so often can happen between men.
