Suzan Erritzoe, Being One Counselling & Coaching
Counsellor/Therapist, Transpersonal Counsellor DK
I help couples and individuals open into more of what most people deeply long for; Intimacy, meaning and real connectedness - to grow into what answers and nurtures Who, and What we are, beyond the conditioned structures of self, and old familiar dynamics.
In our sessions, my aim is to empower this deeper and real self in you; I will reflect back to you some of what you might not see of your own potential and deeper inner nature, and I will offer you a way to follow that can only be walked with your heart open.
My clients often come to me seeking to get more in touch with their feelings and intimacy, or wanting to learn how to communicate and express themselves more effectively. Many are aware that they are avoiding or postponing moving forward in alignment with what is true to them. Others are sensitive to the energetic shifts within and around them and are looking for ways to address these changes, or explore their spiritual nature, and perhaps a deeper "call" from within.
I also meet with clients searching for healing within their relationships or navigating significant life transitions due to crises or upheavals.

On The Move Mental Health
Registered Social Worker, MSW, RSW
Welcome!
I work with children, youth, and adults. I provide sessions in three ways, in-office, walk & talk, and virtually. I take a holistic approach to practice, considering how our mind, emotions, body and spirit come together to frame our relationship to the world. I believe mental health to be not only the removal of challenges, but the creation of an active sense of well-being. So, in sessions together, I seek to focus not only on difficulties, but to consider what could be done to increase your resilience and sense of well-being. How we define health can vary widely, and some paths I tend to take focus on gratitude, mindfulness, self-compassion and vulnerability. I consider mental health to be a result of the interaction between a person and their environment and seek to consider how your values, stories about your life, and actions relate to your experiences.
I enjoy taking an adaptive approach that is flexible to focus on different aspects of your life. Coming from a feminist-narrative approach, I believe in partial expertise — that as a client and a therapist, we both have expertise, but what we know is incomplete. Only together, in collaboration, can we combine our expertise to create a full picture.
I have been working as a social worker for 10 years. I have a Master of Social Work (Dalhousie University), with a focus on a critical approaches to clinical practice. I completed a thesis on youth experiences of mental health in relation to participation in music oriented, community based programs. Prior to becoming a mental health therapist, I worked in preventative mental health with children, youth and their teachers.

Kim Silverthorn - Tacit Knowledge
Counsellor/Therapist, B.A., R.P.C., M.P.C.C., C.T.
Life can be hard sometimes and we all find ourselves needing a little support in those difficult moments. Reaching out is often the hardest part of the process. Tacit Knowledge can help - we offer individual and couples counselling to teens and to adults. All of our services are available in-person and online - and are available to everyone, all across Canada. I am Kim Silverthorn BA, RPC, MPCC, CT - I am the owner and primary therapist at Tacit, and my office is located in Beaumont.
I offer a variety of traditional and holistic counselling supports for adults and for teens/youth. I provide an empathetic and confidential atmosphere in my counselling office, as I assist individuals, couples and family’s in addressing some of the more emotionally difficult issues in their lives.
I also provide Professional Development Training to various agencies and organizations, helping staff enhance the skills they use in their own workplaces on a daily basis. And I provide excellent community based programming/courses for those in the general public who may not yet be able to access the training that I offer, through their places of employment.
I believe in providing my clients with the support they need on an individual basis - as part of your family - and/or with your bigger work team. I get to know you by first understanding the challenges you are facing from your perspective – and I help you come from a place of confidence and strength as you overcome those challenges in a successful and healthy way.

Elizabeth Kisser, Agape Transitions
Counsellor/Therapist, Counsellor ,RTC
I offer a gentle, compassionate space where you can show up as you are — without judgment, pressure, or having to mask. Many of the people I work with are ADHD, neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood or out of place. This is deeply personal for me. I’ve been connected to the neurodivergent community for over 40 years, both personally and professionally, and I understand the realities beneath the labels.
Our work together isn’t one-size-fits-all. I take time to truly get to know you — your story, your nervous system, your experiences, your strengths — and I tailor our sessions around what actually supports you. Whether you’re navigating overwhelm, relationships, burnout, trauma, or simply trying to understand yourself more clearly, you’ll be met with care, respect, and genuine presence.
If you’re looking for a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood, I invite you to book a free consultation so we can explore whether we’re a good fit.
