Instead of metaphorically beating yourself up for beating yourself up (because that defeats the purpose right?) try some of these tips. ✔️ Try talking to yourself how you would talk to a best friend, small child, or a lovable pet. You can still challenge yourself but say it in a gentle way. “I know you are really tired but you are gonna feel better if you get up and make some breakfast.
