My name is Nadia, and I’m a queer, non-binary, Palestinian American psychologist. I have a passion for helping clients reduce anxiety, stress, confusion, sadness, and pain - so that they can live more fulfilling, authentic, and happy lives. Many of my clients have stated that coming to therapy has helped to catapult them out of their stagnation - enabling them to reach their full potential. For clients who have had difficulty finding a therapist who can understand their complex and intersecting identities, I can be a breath of fresh air. I work with folks ages 15 and up.

I have 14+ years of experience working in diverse mental health capacities. I earned a masters degree in sociology that informs my focus on context; as well as a masters in clinical mental health counseling that guided me in helping individuals most effectively. Currently, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating gender expression, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, disabilities, and minority stress. I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate space where you can feel understood, heal, and make meaningful changes. Together, we’ll work toward your personal goals, cultivating a life that aligns with your values and true self.

Maryvale is a west Phoenix urban village, a post-war planned suburb that is now one of the city's most heavily Latino communities, with young families, deep community networks, and long-standing underinvestment in health services. Mental health needs center on economic stress, immigration-related anxiety, youth and family concerns, and a persistent shortage of Spanish-speaking practitioners on the city's west side. Community health centers and Phoenix's broader provider market, plus telehealth, are the main routes to care.
