Bliss is only beyond attachment -
Loss is a natural part of life, yet moving through it can feel heavy and confusing. Whether it’s the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or another life transition, each experience of grief is unique. My spiritual name means “bliss is only beyond attachment,” and through my own journey, I’ve come to understand the deep layers of letting go.
My work as an energy healer supports this process gently and holistically. By working with the body’s energy, I help create balance, ease emotional heaviness, and open space for calm and clarity. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting — it’s about finding a softer way to carry what’s been lost while reconnecting with your own inner peace.

Adima Hawkes
Counselor/Therapist, Psychotherapist, Spiritual Teacher, Gene Keys Guide, Trainer Tibetan Acupressure & Iridology
With a background of profound studies in the Tibetan BARDO, and quite a few experiences of accompanying the dying since my childhood and youth, I am experienced in holding space for people during times of grief. I offer both: company during the dying process to the dying person and company to the people remaining. Loss and grief are radical and deeply revealing teachers. Being in touch with the wounding and finding gentle and patient ways to breathe through this will open the door. There are in fact infinite doors into the light.

Grieving the loss of a loved one, or of something else dear to us - home, work, aspects of our functioning (due to ill health, for example), is typically a painful, challenging process. In some occasions it might become too challenging, affecting a person's ability to return to life and continue living it in a satisfying-enough way. In more extreme cases, it could mark the onset of more debilitating depressive experiences and impairment of functioning.
I offer a confidential space where we can think together of your subjective experience of loss and grieving and the impact it has on your life.
