Counsellor/Therapist
Divorce is a common life experience of many people in our century often is associated with communication issues, heavy loss, trust issues, feeling lost, money hardships and on top of that in some cases loss of your home, maybe even job or business which you might have put your precious energy into for many months or years.
If kids are in the marriage they also feel it whether parents are explicit and loud about that or they hush some things up and do not explain to kids what is happening.
Lots of people who go through a divorce, spend many months in turmoil and emotional pain starting from the decision about the divorce, to stay or to go, and ending up adjusting, adapting to being single, well, now divorced.
It is sad to see in the society how many couples a lot of inner resources through this experience. However, divorce does not have to be so painful and traumatic. Yes for most people it is not fun, however there are ways to make it a more positive and spiritual experience with the help of therapy and counseling.
There are people who become happier with a divorce whether right away or with time they realize that actually it was for the better, it was meant to be, even if it might had been too sudden, shocking, abrupt and unwanted.
You become a different person after marriage and another one after divorce.
There is no other way. It is a life transition. What can help here first of all allowing yourself to choose who you want to become. And I’d be glad to assist you with the wonderful methods which I practice to help find your new inner power, emotional balance and faith that things can be OK.
Best is to book a package of 3-5 sessions at minimum together, to schedule sessions once a week.
Sessions are available on the first come first serve basis with a preference to returning clients and have to be booked in advance (pre-paid in advance).
Rates for sessions vary from USD $75 to $125 depending on the package and length of the session.
I offer a sliding scale for the 1st session and when you take a package.
As a special promo, discovery consultation in March 2023 is free of charge, it lasts 20-30 minutes and can be followed up by the 1st consultation on the same day.
PS there are a few types of traumas which I currently do not work with because it requires a very long-term therapy or collaboration with a psychologist or psychiatrist. Feel free to message to me to describe your case and I will let you know if I can offer you therapy services.
