I am grateful for my dual background in mind/brain, because all brain injured patients require both perspectives. In August of 2023 I published "The Complex Architecture and Healing of Traumatic Brain Injuries: Listening to The Brain" with Cambridge Scholars Publishing in the UK. This is the story (based on case histories) of the journey to find a "healing road" for all persons who have had serious disruptions in brain functioning. This is very, very challenging territory to work in. And in my experience, requires a great collaboration between doctor and patient.
