I love helping people let go of the codependent/people-pleasing strategies that often arise in response to a difficult family member. Seeing my clients find more confidence and inner strength is why I do this work.

I have worked in the field of psychology for 26 years now in various capacities, including group homes for children and community mental health centers; I've acted as the Director of Mental Health at a large urban preschool for many years, and also with people of all ages in private practice. My work in the last 5 years has focused more on trauma/EMDR and nervous system regulation (Polyvagal Theory with Stephen Porges) for adolescents and adults as well as parenting support with a speciality in parenting neurodivergent chilren. I have also spent time supervising both psychology trainees and marriage and family interns. I truly love what I do and am always adding to my professional skills over time.

I really love what I do and I'm passionate about helping men become the fullest versions of themselves. It is my goal to help you connect to your sense of purpose, to yourself and to those you love most in your life.
