He is the author of the book, "Positive Outlook: Collected Essays for Living Successfully with HIV Today", and a frequent presenter at the National Social Work AIDS Network (NSWAN) annual conferences, the US Conference on AIDS, and co-chaired the "Coping with Hope" annual HIV mental health conference in Los Angeles for 9 years.
