My approach blends somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment theory to help partners uncover and address underlying patterns, unmet needs, and emotional wounds that may impact their relationship. By working with each partner’s individual parts and the dynamics of the couple as a whole, I create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for exploring conflicts, rebuilding trust, and cultivating a shared vision for the relationship. My goal is to empower couples to move toward greater intimacy, authenticity, and mutual respect.
