Mind Body Connections is a group practice with locations in Naperville and Chicago, and the professional home of 10 highly skilled therapists each in their areas of expertise. We believe in the importance of identifying and attending to the root cause of the issues that brought you to seek therapy at this time. By working with us, you will gain skills to support yourself outside of the therapy hour and feel more empowered to tackle life's challenges. As the owner of Mind Body Connections, I will personally do your intake within less than 48 hours and place you with the clinician that will best meet your needs.

At Love With Boundaries Addiction Family Counselling, we work with the family members first, so that they can make the changes they need to make to truly help the addicts they love. The results we achieve are amazing - the addicts and their families begin to make healthier life choices so that recovery from the devastation of addiction leads to their new way of life.

My goal is to help you identify and resolve issues that may be preventing you from getting more of what you want in life. My style is warm and empathic, yet I can be challenging when it is needed in order to achieve growth.
