I work with individuals, couples and groups across a wide variety of issues, including marriage and relationship counseling, trauma, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, anxiety, and depression. I use mindfulness-based approaches rooted in the Hakomi Method with a focus on attachment and internal family systems. I have an informal style balanced between validating and warm as well as sharp and challenging. I will hold you accountable and help you develop your psychological weaknesses while building up your confidence in your strengths. I offer a free 30-minute consultation.  

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon with deep training in somatic approaches to healing. I specialize in helping people resolve the effects of stress and trauma so they can live with greater ease, felt sense of safety, and presence.
