The Self (or soul) within you is a powerful source of knowing and healing. This is the foundation of therapy that allows your intuition and inner knowing to spark the healing. We can call in Angel and/or spirit guides to assist in healing that which needs more support. Spirituality allows a connection to something that is greater than any one individual. As we come together we create something new, a new type of connection with the universal energies. I support you in calling in what resonates with your deepest inner being so you can live the authentic life you were created for while letting go of outdated beliefs and ways of thinking.
