As the owner of Mind Body Connections, I will personally do your intake within less than 48 hours and place you with the clinician that will best meet your needs.

The thing that people consistently report enjoying about working with me is that I use my sense of humor in sessions and encourage my clients to join me in this. Therapy is important and hard work, but it can also be fun. I work hard at creating a warm, safe and welcoming environment for all of my clients. I am responsive to feedback and am happy to partner with you in your care.

My goal is to help you identify and resolve issues that may be preventing you from getting more of what you want in life. My style is warm and empathic, yet I can be challenging when it is needed in order to achieve growth.
