Part of our work also encompasses queer relationship counseling, as well as non-traditional relationships, such as open and polyamorous relationships.
Another primary speciality area of ours is offering evidenced based treatment, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, for emotion and behavior regulation. Clients come to us struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, mood swings, attention and organization difficulties, and/or self injury. We provide practice tools, skills and techniques to manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors more effectively. We are focused on providing effective care for anyone who wants to make change in their life and reduce suffering.
