At times, it's necessary to some take some time to slow down and just take a breath, in doing so, blood pressure and heart rate lowers and you have more power to think clearly. My office is also very relaxing, which fosters a therapeutic feel, allowing you, the clients, to become more at ease to share what's most important to you.
