And finally, we can use process therapies such as EMDR and Deep Brain Reorienting, to help you truly process and move past your past experiences and help you to shed the weight of past trauma. I use a pragmatic and interactive style to collaborate with clients to assist them in choosing the therapeutic path that fits best for them.
