Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) therapists in Delaware

I am a licensed psychotherapist serving adult and teen clients alike in Delaware and surrounding the states of Pennsylvania and Maryland. My specialties center around adolescent and teen therapy, in addition to areas of focus including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and gender identity. With guidance, clients gain the ability and courage to take the steps needed to reach their goals. As we experience difficult times in our lives, it is easy to feel alone and like others cannot understand. I seek to be a source of support during times of hardship, while also celebrating life's little joys and accomplishments with my clients. I look forward to walking with you through your journey.  

I believe that we are more than what we struggle with. In today's world women are often held to, or holding themselves to, a high standard. We strive to "do it all" and aim for perfection. We are often left feeling tired, anxious, and overwhelmed. You may be juggling a high stakes job, a new medical diagnosis, or simply trying to keep everything together.
