Aleksandra Pamphlett - Cert. Coach & Psychologist

Life Coach, MAC, MSc, BSc Hons,
I can help you to manage your emotions, boost fertility and take charge of your fertility journey. Fertility coaching has two aims: 1. Reducing the negative impact infertility is having on you and your life. 2. Enhancing your body’s natural fertility using mind-body techniques (i.e. we can direct strategies at improving sperm quality, impacting egg health or reducing symptoms of PCOS). Fertility coaching can be also very helpful to women who are thinking of getting pregnant but are scared of giving birth or being a mum. In other words, it can help to manage your doubts and worries and prepare you for the journey.

Counsellor/Therapist, BSc (Hons), MBACP
Experiencing infertility or navigating the adoption journey can bring a complex mix of emotions, including grief, uncertainty, hope, and loss of control. I understand how deeply personal and challenging this experience can be. Together, we can explore your feelings - as individuals or couple. We can explore the emotional impact of the process and find support through each stage of the journey. Working with me, we can make sense of your experience and help you move forward with greater resilience and self-compassion.

There are various ways to use the somatic power of the mind in a positive way to overcome infertility problems and for some it is simply a matter for prayer. I will use different healing practices for different types of sufferers. Hypnotherapy is a great way to enable the relaxation and submission of any stress related to fertility and conception. Adoption is something in this country we are not supposed to work with in terms of childhood material without working in an adoption agency setting with licensing in this specialised area. There is a lot to learn and I have worked with many children without needing to go into adoption issues and just deal with the fall out in adult life, rather than the cause. It is surprising how many tools we have to use to enable people to heal and move on, many clients have been released from suffering through our therapy treatments.

Stockport is a Greater Manchester town with a dual character—it encompasses both deprived post-industrial communities and relatively prosperous suburban areas where professionals commute into Manchester—and this economic range creates varied mental health needs across the population. NHS mental health services are provided through Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, and a private therapy sector serves those seeking faster or more specialised care. The town's strong transport links to Manchester give residents access to the much larger therapy market of the city centre, and telehealth has further expanded options. Common therapy concerns include commuter stress, anxiety, economic inequality, relationship difficulties, and the challenges of a community with sharp social contrasts between its wealthier and more deprived neighbourhoods.
