Are you experiencing a loss of confidence in your personal or professional life? Trying to navigate a change and finding it bewildering? Overwhelmed by life and concerned about burnout? Struggling to sustain self-belief through a tricky patch? Or struggling to get adequate sleep? Working with a trusted partner on identifying and talking through the issues can be relieving, liberating and invigorating. With support you can identify areas that have perhaps become stuck or neglected. Rediscover what inspires you and move forwards with a new spring in your step. Be heard and use your thinking partner to have a future focused conversation that helps you make progress. Counsellor/Therapist, Psicopedagogía- Sex Education.
I'm Julia Dominguez, a Clinical Psychopedagogist and sex educator based in Argentina, offering online consultations worldwide. I work at the intersection of learning and sexuality — helping individuals, couples, and families navigate learning difficulties, inclusive sex education, disability and intimacy, and kink-affirmative relationships, all in a warm, non-judgmental space. If you're looking for support that takes both your mind and your desires seriously, I'd love to hear from you. London, England therapist: Ruth Mark-Roland Psychotherapy, registered psychotherapist
Psychoeducational

Ruth Mark-Roland Psychotherapy

Registered Psychotherapist, Post Grad Diploma in Psychotherapy, Foundation and Diploma in Group Analysis
I am a London-based integrative psychotherapist offering LGBTQ+ therapy, chemsex support, and help with relationship difficulties. I work with gay men and others within the LGBTQ+ community who are navigating identity, sexuality, intimacy, trauma, and emotional wellbeing, often feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in repeating relational patterns. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, providing a warm, non-judgemental space to explore emotional pain, attachment patterns, and the impact of early relationships alongside present-day challenges. With a background in group analysis, I draw on Foulkes’ understanding of the individual as shaped within relational systems such as family, culture, and society, helping clients make sense of how their experiences of belonging and identity influence their emotional lives and relationships.

Dr. Stéphanie Gamache, PhD

Hypnotherapist, PhD
Something in you knows that what you're carrying runs deeper than the presenting problem. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and outwardly composed-yet internally they live with anxiety, depression, chronic tension or pain, relentless self-criticism, or a sense that something essential is blocked, muted, or just out of reach. These struggles may surface in mood, in the body, in behavior, or in relationships-including sexuality and intimacy-but they are rarely contained to any one area. They tend to reflect deeper emotional and relational patterns formed early in life, often before language, that continue to shape how a person approaches closeness, vulnerability, agency, pleasure, and self-expression. My work centers on how early experience shapes the capacity for self-regulation, desire, connection, and meaning throughout life-and particularly on how people come to know what they need and want, how they learn to express or inhibit those impulses, and what happens when these capacities become conflicted, constricted, or difficult to sustain. I integrate psychoanalytic hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, and clinical sexology within a reflective, depth-oriented process. Hypnosis functions as a central clinical tool-creating conditions for deeper internal contact with emotional, bodily, and unconscious experience that can be difficult to reach through conversation alone. The aim is not only relief from symptoms, but the development of a more coherent and compassionate relationship with one's inner life: sensations, emotions, impulses, and desires. This work is oriented toward lasting psychological change-and toward greater freedom in how one relates to oneself, one's body, and one's capacity for connection, authenticity, and vitality. It is best suited to those ready to move beyond symptom management toward something more fundamental.
