Spirituality is often used (by the mind) to escape the reality of the world or the simple truth of how we are - in this moment. I am known as a Spiritual Teacher. Real "spirituality" is more like leading a natural life as a good human being, with an open heart and mind, sharing with others in honesty as equals.
