Kamran Bedi

Therapist, Advanced Anxiety/PTSD treatment and Confidence building. Fast results. IEMT/EMDR, NLP, Hypnotherapy.
**Available to start sessions. - I offer therapy sessions that help people overcome anxiety, low mood, depression, fears/phobias, agoraphobia, PTSD, anxious attachment, sexual abuse, fear of flying, relationship challenges, insomnia, health anxiety, career conflict/crisis, social anxiety, public speaking - to name but a few areas that I am heavily experienced in working with. All of the people that I work with achieve results where they feel free from the mental and emotional weight of their personal challenges. This is because the therapy sessions utilise EMDR/IEMT - Eye movement therapy which rapidly helps release feelings of fear, panic, anxiety, feeling on edge, anger, guilt, shame, regret and more. It is excellent for helping people overcome negative memories and past experiences. Once the release work is complete, the sessions then focus on building up tools, skills, methods and techniques that help a person have more positive influence over their mind and to change and improve any behavioural patterns that need addressing. This combination of firstly release work, then secondly 'rebuilding' is the process that has changed and improved the lives of every person who has had sessions with me. This has been developed from my many years of experience of working with people from all walks of life with a variety of different personal challenges. It is not so much the methods used, but more so my approach and experience that leaves me fully confident that I can and will help you get life changing results. I offer two ways of working; Following a single 90 minute session for a full consultation and some eye movement therapy, I can then advise how to work and the number of sessions required moving forward as every person is different - Option 1). A course of sessions over 6-10 weeks, once or twice a week with space to measure progress. Option 2). Sessions three or four times a week (Tue-Fri,) for a much more rapid and accelerated change and transformation, followed by a weeks break to process the work and have follow up sessions where required. Both options are subject to schedule availability. Additional therapy sessions and areas covered include; 'navigating through divorce', 'career development', 'anxious attachment', 'insomnia', 'relationships' and 'feeling comfortable with your identity'. I am experienced working with men, women, non-binary individuals adults and teenagers. Should you be interested in trying this approach of working and if you ant things to get better for you in your life, please contact me consider a commitment to six or ten sessions. There is also a short explainer video on my page that will give you more information on how I can help you and various podcast episodes on my show, The Think & Grow Podcast that will give you further insights into my approach.

Bradford has one of the highest proportions of British Pakistani and South Asian residents of any city in England, and its therapy community is shaped by sustained demand for culturally competent, Urdu- and Punjabi-speaking practitioners who can work within multi-generational family systems. The city has experienced significant economic deprivation since the decline of its textile industry, and therapists frequently address poverty-related stress, long-term unemployment, and intergenerational family dynamics shaped by both cultural heritage and economic hardship. Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust provides public mental health services, and the city's several universities maintain clinical training programs. Bradford's strong Muslim community means therapists who can hold space for Islamic values alongside evidence-based treatment are particularly sought after.
