I have successfully treated victims of the trauma of child abuse and the fallout as it impacts adult life for over 20 years. Often symptoms of deep depression, anxiety, lack of self esteem aggression and deep seated anger as well as difficulties in social and intimate relationships are outcomes from having suffered from a abusive childhood environment. I am very passionate about the work that i do and invest in building a solid therapeutic relationship. Before spending ten years in full-time study and training in London universities and NHS Trusts to qualify as a psychologist, I spent a decade travelling, mainly around Asia, studying Eastern psychology and philosophy. Thus, I have a rich lens of psychological perspectives through which I understand and work with the mind.
