Welcome to Therapy for the Soul – A Space for Deep Transformation
I’m Dan, and I’m passionate about helping people break free from the subconscious blocks that hold them back. Through PSYCH-K®, I guide you in shifting limiting beliefs, releasing emotional baggage, and creating a life that aligns with your true potential.
I believe that real change happens at the subconscious level, where our deepest patterns are stored. That’s why traditional methods often fall short—because they don’t reach the root of the issue. PSYCH-K® is a simple yet powerful way to rewrite these inner scripts, empowering you to move forward with confidence, clarity, and ease.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for a new chapter, I offer a safe, supportive space for transformation. My online sessions make it easy to access this life-changing work from anywhere in the world.
Your journey to self-discovery and freedom starts here. Let’s create the shifts you’ve been longing for—together.

Kamran Bedi
Therapist, Advanced Anxiety/PTSD treatment and Confidence building. Fast results. IEMT/EMDR, NLP, Hypnotherapy.
**Available to start sessions. - I offer therapy sessions that help people overcome anxiety, low mood, depression, fears/phobias, agoraphobia, PTSD, anxious attachment, sexual abuse, fear of flying, relationship challenges, insomnia, health anxiety, career conflict/crisis, social anxiety, public speaking - to name but a few areas that I am heavily experienced in working with. All of the people that I work with achieve results where they feel free from the mental and emotional weight of their personal challenges. This is because the therapy sessions utilise EMDR/IEMT - Eye movement therapy which rapidly helps release feelings of fear, panic, anxiety, feeling on edge, anger, guilt, shame, regret and more. It is excellent for helping people overcome negative memories and past experiences. Once the release work is complete, the sessions then focus on building up tools, skills, methods and techniques that help a person have more positive influence over their mind and to change and improve any behavioural patterns that need addressing. This combination of firstly release work, then secondly 'rebuilding' is the process that has changed and improved the lives of every person who has had sessions with me. This has been developed from my many years of experience of working with people from all walks of life with a variety of different personal challenges. It is not so much the methods used, but more so my approach and experience that leaves me fully confident that I can and will help you get life changing results. You can go to therapy and sit and talk about your personal challenges but simply talking about them will not help you. Imagine going to the gym and just talking to a trainer, would simply talking give you a physical transformation? - You have to put the work in, and I can help you get clear on what work is needed and make it easier for you by releasing what's holding you back to then help you to develop a mindset that works in your favour.
I offer two ways of working; Following a single 90 minute session for a full consultation and some eye movement therapy, I can then advise how to work and the number of sessions required moving forward as every person is different - 1). A course of sessions over 6-10 weeks, once or twice a week with space to measure progress. 2). Sessions three or four times a week (tue-fri,) for a much more rapid and accelerated change and transformation, followed by a weeks break to process the work and have follow up sessions where required. Both options are subject to schedule availability.
Additional therapy sessions and areas covered include; 'navigating through divorce', 'career development', 'anxious attachment', 'insomnia', 'relationships' and 'feeling comfortable with your identity'.
I am experienced working with men, women, non-binary individuals adults and teenagers.
The main focus of the methods I use and the sessions I offer is to find a clear focus of the outcomes and goals that you want and help you overcome areas that are holding you back as well as build up a mindset that helps to change and improve the mental and physical behaviours present.
Should you be interested in trying this approach of working and if you ant things to get better for you in your life, please contact me consider a commitment to six or ten sessions. There is also a short explainer video on my page that will give you more information on how I can help you and various podcast episodes on my show, The Think & Grow Podcast that will give you further insights into my approach.

I aim to build on your strengths (even if you aren't sure you have any!), and help you find clarity in what you want in life, and how to get there. By gaining insight into the origins of your concerns, and patterns in relationships, you can be more intentional in how to engage with others and how to cope better with challenges.
I provide honest and direct feedback to my clients, with sensitivity to how you might recieve it. I believe strongly in authenticity and compassion.
