I specialise in crisis, trauma, anxiety, and supporting individuals and families living with chronic illness. I use well-established therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs, helping individuals develop insight, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change. I work with children, teens, and adults. I am one of fewer than 10 providers of Accelerated Resolution Therapy in the UK, have assisted in ART trainings in the USA and also offer ART consultation/ support to new clinicians. I also offer TF-CBT, and other talk therapies. If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in pain from past experiences, you're not alone and you don’t have to face it alone. I am an optimistic and accepting therapist, enthusiastic about working with clients in collaborative ways, seeking to uncover and understand, and finding new ways of changing your life and living with fulfilling and rewarding relationships, families and friends. Over the years I have come to appreciate the therapeutic relationship as deeply healing, a safe space for clients to reflect and explore.

Peterborough is one of England's fastest-growing cities, with rapid population expansion driven by domestic migration and significant Eastern European and South Asian immigration, creating one of the most ethnically diverse cities outside London and a corresponding need for culturally competent, multilingual therapy provision. NHS mental health services are provided through Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, and demand for both adult and children's mental health services is high relative to available resources. The city's growth has not always been matched by investment in public infrastructure, and residents in some neighbourhoods face economic and social challenges that elevate mental health risk. Telehealth has become an important access route for those unable to obtain services locally, and Anglia Ruskin University's Peterborough presence provides some additional training and counselling capacity.
