Together, we'll collaborate to determine what steps would work best for you to come out of your life transition feeling empowered and psychologically healthy. My therapy model is short-term and solutions-focused, aimed at reaching steps toward your goals as soon as possible to begin finally feeling like your best self again.
Separate from therapy, I also specialize in psychological assessments for children and adults. Testing is typically for school-based concerns, such as learning disabilities, behavior challenges, ADHD, or gifted eligibility. My reports help as needed for clients to receive accommodations in class/standardized exams and meet their life goals.

I offer both group and individual Intensives for those wanting to work through traumatic experiences in a short amount of time so they can move forward with their lives more quickly. That said, Intensives are not for everyone, so I offer EMDR sessions in the traditional weekly/biweekly approach as well. Don't feel like EMDR is a good fit? No worries, I have over 17 years of experience providing "talk therapy" so if you'd prefer, we can always talk it out.
