I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Parent Coach, educator, and mother of four with more than 20 years of experience helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families build healthier, more fulfilling lives. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, parenting support, adolescent issues, self-esteem, trauma, family relationships, and life transitions. I often joke that I speak fluent teen, but my true passion is helping people strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and develop the confidence needed to overcome life's challenges.
I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools while helping you uncover the strengths that already exist within you. Together, we will create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore concerns, build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change.
