I have many tools in my toolbelt; we'll work together to find what approach works the best for you and your unique spirit. I have traversed many pathways of light and dark myself, so will meet you right where you are, and help find your way back to wholeness.

I provide support, accountability, and specific tools to navigate difficult situations. I am passionate about helping teens and adults manage difficult emotions, process relationship stressors, and overcome trauma.
