I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I am passionate about helping my clients discover the best possible version of themselves. I have many years of experience providing counseling services in a number of settings. I am currently available for online Telehealth counseling services in Florida and Georgia.

I have worked with people dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health concerns. I believe in not only working to understand the background that often fuels current behaviors or issues, but to also work to implement new skills and knowledge to help start making practical changes in life now.
