I use numerous counseling and coaching techniques. Making each session unique and challenging. My method is to attempt to get to the core issues as quickly as possible. You will know within the first session whether I am the right therapist, life coach for you. I also work with other therapists, clergy , first responders, health professionals and teachers in assisting them in venting and processing the trauma that they witness and hear from their clients sometimes daily at work and then they have to function at home . Cindy Yu is a bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of both Florida and Alabama. She is well-trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, solution-focused therapy, Bowen’s theory, Gottman Method, CBT, and more.
