I have a boutique practice where I work with adults and couples on personal development, anxiety/depression, relationship/communication issues, parenting solutions and boundary setting. As a graduate of California State University Northridge, I attended Pepperdine University and later received my Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from CSPP. While completing my Fellowship at UCLA in the Department of Psychiatry, I was a Research Associate and Lecturer in Neurology. I offer my life experience as a wife and mother of two, I understand the pressures that arise trying to create meaningful lives in a world full of pressures.
