When situations or concerns are broken down into objective manageable parts then the feelings of being overwhelmed dissipate and decision making becomes easier.

I use humor a lot in my sessions because it’s not only fun but also allows for a sense of levity throughout the process. Also, please know that you are the driver of this bus and I am simply your co-pilot.
