I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and veteran who is most passionate about helping men navigate the challenges of 21st century manhood. I specialize in working with young-adult and middle-aged men struggling with anxiety and depressive symptoms related to past, present, and future stressors, or events. I left the managed care industry after six years to pursue a full-time career in mental health counseling. My pursuit in growing my practice has fulfilled my lifelong desire to help others. Moreover, I am a prior service veteran and I enjoy collaborating with veterans as they transition and adjust to civilian life.

Ultimately, I believe you are on a journey towards, self-compassion, self-acceptance, self-worth, and authenticity.
