I have created a dynamic toolbox that can meet anyone where they are regardless of what topic you would like to explore. Combining mindfulness, talk therapy, somatic awareness, and creative approaches every session is unique depending on what is most nourishing for you on that specific day.

First, know that I am licensed in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina and see patients virtually in each state and accept most insurance. My starting point with patients is that virtually all mental health issues result from habits of thought, feelings, or behavior that were adaptive when they were formed but become maladaptive later in life. I begin my work by asking, "What happened to you?" rather than "What's wrong with you?" I try to point the way to personal growth allowing for more flexability in your responses to the things that happen in your life. I am happy to listen to you. To hear you. But, while its important to be seen and heard, its equally important to continue working for change in your life.
