Now in private practice, I integrate scientific research on trauma, ancient and emerging spirituality, and holistic wellness. I'm currently an ordained cherag with the Sufi Ruhaniat International (since 2018). I am also a certified Sivananda yoga and Vedanta teacher (2009) and an ANFT forest therapy guide (2021).
