That starts with self compassion and being in the present and allowing space to leave each session feeling lighter with coping skills that can reduce heightened emotions and help direct back to self energy. With a background in teaching both elementary and high school and working in nonprofit organizations , seeing the need we all have for advocacy and compassion has greatly influenced my belief in the human spirit and our ability to heal.
