I am passionate about helping people because of my own story of going through hell and back. Over the past 9 years, I have gone from not believing mental health was a thing, to severe burnout due to workplace bullying, then a car accident, to educating myself on mental health to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I now see it as my duty to give back, to help others going through what life throws at them. Because, I swear to you, things can get better. I sincerely believe that we all need counselling at some point (or several points) in our lives. I am here to tell you that you are not alone.
