Renewed Life Solutions
Licensed Professional Counselor, Tonya Ramsey, MS., LPC, NCC, CCTP
As a licensed professional counselor and a proud retired Navy veteran, my heart is deeply invested in empowering individuals like you to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. I understand that many people face critical mental health issues without the guidance and support they need, often held back by stigma or simple unawareness. It’s my belief that effective mental health management not only clarifies your path but also transforms your dreams into achievable goals, paving the way for a fulfilling and enriched life. By choosing to work with a compassionate and relatable therapist like me, you’re taking a courageous first step toward healing and self-discovery.
With years of experience connecting with clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds, I warmly welcome the unique complexities that each person brings to our work together. My practice is not defined by a single specialty; rather, it focuses on understanding the intricate details of your experiences. My mission is rooted in compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to walking alongside you on your wellness journey.
I know that feeling misunderstood or isolated in your struggles is all too common, but in our sessions, you’ll find an empathetic professional who listens with genuine care and understanding. Together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely and explore what’s on your mind. I also believe that a sprinkle of laughter can be a powerful healing tool, so I’ll bring moments of levity into our time together, helping to ease your journey toward a more stable and satisfying life—all without any extra costs. Together, we’ll unlock your true potential and work toward creating a brighter, more hopeful future.

Carrie Gauthier
Hypnotherapist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, CCHt
Fear, anxiety, anger, shame, guilt, sadness; we are taught to repress these uncomfortable emotions and mask our pain. When these BIG emotions are shoved down for so long, they try to get our attention in various ways. We push back harder. They often manifest as maladaptive behaviors, habits, addictions, and even chronic physical and psychological conditions. We may overeat, overwork, over-promise, people-please, self-sabotage, be unable to focus, thrill-seek, put ourselves in danger, act out, procrastinate, deplete our own resources, and more. The majority of this type of unwanted behavior and thinking often can be traced back to some form of trauma, abuse, abandonment, or neglect. My hypnotherapy sessions help to process the emotions in a safe and loving way, and facilitate healing; so you feel safe in your own mind and comfortable in your own skin. We simultaneously work on reframing the debilitating thoughts and behaviors with healthy and supportive new ones that support your new goals. It is in this way we let go of the old stories and rewrite the future of our dreams.

Kate E. Stephenson
Life Coach, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Holistic Life, Career & Executive
Have you made time and space for you today? Most of us haven't—and therapy isn't the only way to do it. Consider Holistic Life Coaching instead. As a certified professional coach, I am here to encourage you to take a breath, take a beat to consider who you are, where you are, and if you are feeling satisfaction in your own success. If you aren't, I invite you to have a conversation with yourself about what can be done differently—allow me to moderate that conversation. Together we can help you live into your own definition of success and begin to feel it deeply. To breathe it in and live.
